Production Foreman


  • Oversee production to attain the most efficient, productive and cost effective operation.
  • Oversee the production of a quality product meeting Icicle standards.
  • Ensure safety of vessel personnel by overseeing the safe use of equipment and by maintaining an accident free workplace.
  • Supervise production workers on and off the line.
  • Prompt, reliable and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


  • Applicants should be ambitious with a strong interest in the seafood industry.
  • Minimum of one year s experience in seafood processing preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, 12 or more hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Must be able to live and work in confined quarters.
  • Must be conscientious about seafood quality and good manufacturing practices

Working Conditions

Must be able to work 7 days a week, 12-16 hours a day in wet, cold conditions. There are areas within the plant that contain moving and loud machinery, and hearing protection and other safety and protective equipment is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
